1 全屋柜类家具（厨柜除外）

1、柜身板材：基材为18mm实木颗粒板,双面贴三聚氰胺浸渍饰面纸。

Cabinet panels: 18mm wood particle plate affixed withdouble-sided melamine overlay paper

2、柜身规格：外侧板为18mm、中侧板18mm、 层板为18mm、顶底板为18mm、背板为9mm。

Cabinet panels specification: The thickness of side panel,middle panel, division panel, top and plinth panel are 18mm, the back panel is9mm.

2 厨柜/

Kitchen Cabinet

1、柜身板材：基材为18mm防潮板，双面贴三聚氰胺浸渍饰面纸。

2、柜身背板：基材为5mm中纤板

实木颗粒板Solid wood particle board

实木颗粒板以原木为原料，通过定向刨花技术加入热熔胶高温高压而成。它表面贴三聚氰胺饰面纸防潮，耐刮。实木颗粒板内部为交叉错落结构的颗粒状的原木。因此握钉力较强，可以钉圆钉，螺丝钉。

Solid wood particle board is log as rawmaterials , it’s finished by directed particle technology with high temperatureand high pressure hot melt adhesive. It’s surface with melamine veneer paper toprevent wet and shaving. The internal structure of solid wood particle board iscrossed irregular granular logs. Therefore, solid wood particle board havestrong grip nails, it can tail with round nail and screw.

尚品宅配使用的实颗粒板，每月都会对板材抽样送到国家家具产品质量监督局检验，检验结果甲醛释放量仅为0.4毫克每升，远远要低于国家标标准E1级≤1.5毫克每升。

Solid wood particle board used by Shangpin,which was sampling sent to National Furniture Product Quality SupervisionBureau for inspection monthly. The inspection result that formaldehyde releaseis only 0.4 mg per liter, it’s far below the national standard E1 level lessthan 1.5 milligrams per liter.

防潮板Moistureproof board

防潮板是在刨花板的基础上加入特殊配方工艺以提高板材防潮性能（一般辅以绿色微粒以区别普通刨花板），因而在一定程度上改善了板材防潮、防水性能，是橱柜柜身的主要材料。（左右侧板，层板，顶底板，前后拉条）

Moistureproof board is based on theparticle board to add the special formula to improve the moisture resistance ofthe sheet( Usually added by green particles in order to distinguish the commonparticle board).To a certain extent, it improve the board moisture andwaterproof performance. Moistureproofboard is the main materials for cabinet body.

①符合国际E-1级环保标准.具有优越的耐高温、耐酸碱和超强的抗划伤性能，表面纹理清晰.

It's conforms to the international E-1 class environmental protection standard, has superior resistance to high temperature, acid and alkali resistance and superior scratch resistance, the surface have clear texture.

②具备了良好的抗变形性、坚韧性和较强的握钉力。

Has a good resistance to deformation, toughnessand strong grip nails.

多层板Multilayer board

多层板以纵横交错排列的原木为基材，经涂树脂胶后在热压机中通过高温高压制作而成。特点是不易变形开裂，干缩膨胀系极小，具有较好的防潮性能。尚品宅配的多层板，用于厨柜的水槽柜。

Log with crisscross pattern arrangement isthe basis material of multilayer board, it’s coated with resin glue in the hotpress through high temperature and high pressure production. Characteristic isnot easy to deform and crack, dry shrinkage and expanded, it has bettermoisture resistance. Shangpin usually use it for kitchen cabinet sink.

中纤板/MDF

以纯木纤维打碎，加热熔胶高温高压而成密度为72g/cm3,材质均匀，比较纯，平整度好，可做造型；由于木质纤维被打碎，所以板材变形时向四周变形，不会单一方向变形。（用于橱柜背板）

MDF is made from breaking pure wood fiber and finished with heating melt into hightemperatureand highpressure. The density is 72g/cm3, the material iseven, relatively pure, and good flatness, it’s easy to be shape. As it’sbreaking pure wood fiber, it will surround deformation, but not will be singledirection of deformation.(For kitchen cabinet backplane)

家具的板材除了基材用量料要好，还需要环保，那环保标准又是什么呢？

甲醛的来源－人造板材中，为了使板材更加结实和耐用，需添加防潮剂和粘合剂，这些是游离甲醛的主要来源。

Supplier will add moisture and adhesives inorder to make the plate more solid and durable. So the main source of formaldehyde is artificialplate.

甲醛—是造成室内空气污染的头号杀手，是一种无色有刺激性气味的有毒化学品，世界卫生组织确定为强致癌和致畸物质。

Formaldehyde is the NO.1 killer of indoorair pollution, is a colorless toxic chemicals, toxic chemicals, who identifiedas a strong carcinogenic and mutagenic substances.

甲醛的危害— 长期吸入甲醛会引发呼吸系统（如鼻炎、咽炎）神经系统、生殖系统等疾病，是导致新生儿畸形、儿童白血病、青少年记忆力和智力下降的主要原因。

Long-term inhalation of formaldehyde willcause respiratory system, such as rhinitis, pharyngitis, nervous system,reproductive system diseases, formaldehyde is a major cause of neonatalmalformations, childhood leukemia, memory problem in teenagers and diminishedintelligence.

E1、E2都是指一个甲醛释放限量等级的环保标准。

E2 and E1 are the environmental protectionstandards for the release of formaldehyde emission standards.

E2≤5.0mg／L

E1≤1.5mg／L （每100g胶合板中/each100g inside plywood）

中国的环保标准为10-30mg/100mg,相当于E2标准。E1级已是“可不经处理，对人畜完全无害”。

China's environmental standards is10-30mg/100mg, equivalent to E2 standards.E1 standard is “Without treatment,the human and livestock is completely harmless.”

优质环保的板材并不是由企业自身来评定，需要经过专业机构检测得出。尚品宅配所有板材均经过权威检测机构检验合格，符合E1级环保标准。
