项目概况

Project overview

业主是一对中年夫妻 ，先生是一家律师事务所的CEO，艺术审美较高。家里一对儿女常年国外留学 。常住一位保姆。本案居所是200平复式，整体空间感觉小而压抑， 餐厅特别暗， 厨房门洞开口特别小，餐厅北阳台无利用 ， 休闲区闲置，楼上卧室套房利用率较低 ，有一间朝北 ，整体采光通风差 ，空间功能区规划凌乱，空间利用率不高！

The owner is a middle-aged couple, Mr. is the CEO of a law firm, art aesthetic higher. A son and daughter study abroad all the year round. A live-in Nanny. The residence of the case is 200-level duplex, the overall space feels small and depressing, the dining room is particularly dark, the opening of the kitchen door is particularly small, the north balcony of the dining room is not used, the leisure area is idle, the upstairs bedroom suite utilization rate is relatively low, there is one facing north, the overall lighting and ventilation is poor, space Function Area Planning Messy, SPACE UTILIZATION RATE IS NOT HIGH!

设计思考

Design thinking

思来想去不如借鉴中国文人园林的委婉多趣，如何在有限的空间里营造无限的感受，完全在于空间的组织。所以在平面布局上以水平格局为出发点，顺利解决了室内潮湿、空间感狭小、通风不顺畅以及採光不足等问题。在设计理念上，设计师以看展览般的自由游走为概念，去塑造能感受人文气息及欣赏艺术品的文艺空间，且自由动线刻划出相当有趣的量体感。

Design modification

餐厅改做楼梯，多出一个采光好的洗衣房，三个小狗有临时住所，所有卧室 空间都朝南。 屋主家藏书量惊人，所以书的收纳成了这个项目的重要解决方案，经过设计师的精心规划，每一本书都得到了很好的规划。开放式的布局令功能区的连接灵动而紧密，光线可以穿透空间，直接洒进室内，鲜明的配色一目了然，灰色的木制地板，白色的墙面，简洁利落。

The dining room was converted to a staircase, with an extra well-lit laundry room, a temporary home for the three puppies, and all bedroom spaces facing south. 动线分析

Dynamic analysis

将公共空间全部放在一楼，结构重组，划分客厅，茶室，书房整个行走使用动线十分流畅，整个空间相互交融感增加不少。二楼巧妙地利用空间动线与材质搭配，以个人独到的艺术雕琢，将空间感官相互摩擦，碰撞。让空间的独创魅力与线条美感涌现出新的火花。

●Living Room | 客厅

进入 入座 仰视 让人肃然起敬！二楼空间新开的一扇小窗， 好似一种可以体验宗教精神的一种感觉 。空间呈现出庄严的通透质感,阳光的触须无所不及,在室内自由挥洒 延续。

●公共区域 |Common area

屋主家藏书量惊人，所以书的收纳成了这个项目的重要解决方案，经过设计师的精心规划，每一本书都得到了很好的规划。处处体现拿的起，放的下的豁达。

The owner of the House has a huge collection of books, so the book collection has become an important solution for the project. After careful planning by the designer, each book is well planned. Everywhere embodied take up, put down the open-minded.

●Dining Room | 餐厅

将原本的露台改为餐厅，增加餐厅采光。轻便的圆形餐桌让空间动线更流畅,采光更透彻明亮!而餐厅一整面柜子，全方位满足收纳需求。同时配备一个电视柜,娱乐实用性兼得。

The original terrace will be replaced by a dining room to increase the restaurant lighting. The light circular dining table lets the space moving line more fluent, the daylighting is more thorough bright!A whole side of the restaurant cabinet, full range to meet the storage needs. At the same time equipped with a television cabinet, entertainment and practical both.

设计师说

The designer said

我想赋予空间表皮、饱函情绪，任何形体的形成都应围绕阳光与气流而做出让步，让它们散落在空间的任何角落，设计者希望透过分解和重构楼梯空间板块，来建立起整体空间与风光的衔接，从而趋近设计本质。空间脱离了自然，我们将失去最真实的情感。通过分解移位的手法，来控制空间温度，感受时间给予居住者最大限度的行为感度。同时希望空间的张与合，都不受时间的限制。希望这种节制的思想维度能够唤起人们对于沉静的思绪，谦逊地发现、营造生活中的真实！

It is hoped that this restrained dimension of thought can arouse people's quiet thoughts and humbly discover and create the truth in life!
